Last updated: April 2026  ·  Governing law: Republic of Estonia / European Union
By accessing this site or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these terms. Please read them. They are written in plain language.

1. Who You Are Contracting With

[OÜ NAME] OÜ, registry code [REGISTRY CODE], registered in Estonia. Contact: benjamin@patriarchfoundry.com.

The Drowning Man is a brand operated by [OÜ NAME] OÜ. References to "we", "us", or "the company" refer to [OÜ NAME] OÜ.

2. What We Offer

Our products and services include:

3. Not Medical or Therapeutic Advice

The Drowning Man audit, courses, and hypnosis tapes are educational and self-development tools. They are not a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not licensed therapists, psychologists, or medical professionals. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as clinical assessment or medical guidance.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or severe psychological distress, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

Hypnosis tapes: Do not listen while driving, operating machinery, or if you have a history of epilepsy or psychosis. Listen only in a safe, relaxed environment where you can give the recording your full attention.

4. No Guarantees of Results

We make no guarantees about outcomes. The value of any self-development process depends entirely on the effort and honesty the participant brings to it. Results described in testimonials or marketing materials reflect individual experiences and are not typical or promised.

Your DMI score is a diagnostic snapshot based on self-reported responses. It is not a clinical diagnosis and is only as accurate as the honesty you apply to it.

5. Purchases and Payment

All paid products are processed and delivered through Skool. Payment processing on Skool is subject to Skool's own terms. We do not store payment card data.

Prices are displayed at point of purchase and include any applicable VAT.

6. Right of Withdrawal — EU Consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU, you ordinarily have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason.

Exception for digital content: For digital products (courses, hypnosis tapes, and any downloadable or streamable content), you expressly consent at the point of purchase to immediate access, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is granted. This is a standard exception under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

This exception does not apply to 1:1 coaching sessions that have not yet been delivered.

7. 1:1 Coaching Sessions
